Due to the number of registrations, there will be two conferences buses : if you wish to take one of them, please let us know your flight schedule (arrival time and flight number). The first bus will leave at 12h30 and the other one will leave at 13h30 sharp. If you miss the conference buses, you can catch regular buses to Bourg Saint Maurice (see below).

With regular buses: there are also regular buses from the airport. Time-table not yet communicated. Duration of the drive: about 3 hours, change in Bourg-St-Maurice then take a local bus for Les Arcs 1800. Price approx. : FF 385 one way.

c) By car

Les Arcs 1800 can be easily reached by car, by the A43 highway to Albertville, then by the N90 to Bourg-St-Maurice (via Moutiers), and then direction Les Arcs 1800 (16 km). If chains are necessary, the sooner you mount them, the better (in Bourg-St-Maurice). In Les Arcs, the temperature can easily go down to - 20 C, so make sure you have sufficient antifreeze.

There are 2 "Hotel Latitudes" in Les Arcs. Be sure that you go to the Latitudes-Charmettoger, at the end of the resort Charmettoger.

9. Miscellaneous

a) The temperature in Les Arcs varies between - 20 and + 5 C. The ground is often icy and it is important to bring suitable walking shoes and warm clothes.

b) Ski and boot rental is available at the Hotel (special discount for Moriond participants)

c) Please note that your reply to the program committee member who sent you the invitation is not considered as a registration. Registration for your attendance to the workshop and hotel reservation will only be made on receipt of the attached registration form for which we will acknowledge receipt to each participant.

d) If you fly to Geneva airport and your luggage is missing on your arrival, when making your claim ask for your luggage to be forwarded to you to the Hotel Latitudes-Charmettoger in Les Arcs 1800 by taxi, as quite a few Moriond participants have had their suitcases "stuck" in Bourg-St-Maurice by bus companies.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please retum your registration form as soon as possible.

If it is not received by December 1, 2000, we may not be able to get hotel reservation for you.
