Cost

Prices are full board (i.e. including all meals) and per full week, non reducible

595 euros per person  in shared occupancy 

700 euros per person in single occupancy 

Shared occupancies must be agreed on by the two roommates prior to registration

Important notice 

Hotel reservations are made for the whole session

i.e. - from Saturday to Saturday (including lunch before the conference bus departure); the total cost of the meeting will not be reduced even in case of partial attendance

Room check out before 10 am

Cancellation

Should be made before November 15^th

After this date, the hotel will charge for the entire cost of accommodation as listed above

Hotel Bill

The bill is to be paid directly to the hotel during the conference

Major credit cards are accepted

Meals

All meals included and will be served at this hotel for all participants and accompanying persons.

Vegetarian/vegan/no pork options are available at all meals, no prior request needed

Shared rooms

Due to the recent epidemic events, rooms are by default in single use (except for accompanying persons). If you wish to share with another participant, both should specifically ask by joint mail.

Accompanying persons

Participants are welcome to attend with their families

costs are as follows :

- 595 euros per adult

- 357 euros per child  (5-12 years)

- Free of charge under 5 years old

- Baby bed : 7 euros/day

Parking

Covered parking is available charged 10 €/day

La Thuile is a pleasant winter resort located in the Italian Alps, at 1450 m. alt., about 120 km from Geneva

In addition to ski and related activities, Aosta valley provides nice walks as well
