Cost
Prices are full board (i.e. including all meals) and per full week (Sunday to Sunday), non reducible
— 24-31/03 (EW + VHEPU):
1050 euros per person in single occupancy
700 euros per person in shared occupancy
— 31/03 - 07/04 (QCD + Cosmology):
840 euros per person in single occupancy
630 euros per person in shared occupancy
Important notice
Hotel reservations are made for the whole session -i.e. , for 7 days (including lunch before the conference bus departure); the total cost of the meeting will not be reduced even in case of partial attendance
Room check out before 10 am
Cancellation
Should be made as soon as possible but no longer than a week prior to arrival day
A no show implies the payment of the first night + the single room supplement applicable for the whole week in case of shared room
Hotel Bill
The bill is to be paid directly to the hotel during the conference
Credit cards are accepted
Meals
All meals are included and will be served at this hotel for all participants and accompanying persons
Vegetarian/vegan/no pork options are available at all meals, no prior request needed
Service being organised in a buffet, you can compose your meal according to any dietary restriction
Accompanying persons
Participants are welcome to attend with their families

March:
100 euros per day per adult
50 euros per day per child (up to 14 years old)
April:
90 euros per day per adult
45 euros per day per child (up to 14 years old)
Parking
Covered parking is available charged 12 €/day
