Single rooms will be attributed in priority to senior participants.
Cost
Prices are full board (i.e. including all meals) and per full week (Sunday to Sunday), non reducible
EW + VHEPU (March 24 to 31) :
1050 euros per person in single occupancy
700 euros per person in shared occupancy
QCD + Cosmology (March 31 to April 7) :
840 euros per person in single occupancy
630 euros per person in shared occupancy
Payment
Unlike previous years, payment is now expected beforehand
A deposit of at least 30% is asked by February 10th, but you can pay the full amount already.
The remaining payment is to be done by March 10th.
A personal form is sent by The Rencontres de Moriond, to each participant, with the amounts and instructions.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, penalties are applied by the hotel as follows:
- 10% of the reservation up to 30 days before the date of arrival at the hotel
- 25% of the reservation from 29 to 14 days before the date of arrival at the hotel
- 50% of the reservation from 15 to 11 days before the date of arrival at the hotel
- 75% of the reservation from 10 to 3 days before the date of arrival at the hotel
- 100% of the stay after these terms
Important notice
Hotel reservations are made for the whole session -i.e. , for 7 days (including lunch before the conference bus departure); the total cost of the meeting will not be reduced even in case of partial attendance
Room check out before 10 am
Meals
All meals are included and will be served at this hotel for all participants and accompanying persons
Vegetarian/vegan/no pork options are available at all meals, no prior request needed
Service being organised in a buffet, you can compose your meal according to any dietary restriction

Participants are welcome to attend with their families

March:
100 euros per day per adult
50 euros per day per child (3 to 12 years old)
20 euros per toddler (less than 3 years old - includes a cot and adapted food)
April:
90 euros per day per adult
45 euros per day per child (3 to 12 years old)
30 euros per toddler (less than 3 years old - includes a cot and adapted food)
Parking
Covered parking is available charged 12 €/day

La Thuile is a pleasant winter resort located in the Italian Alps, at 1450 m. alt., about 120 km from Geneva
In addition to ski and related activities, Aosta valley provides nice walks as well
