PREPARING CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE PROCEEDINGS

Four pages are allocated for 15 min. talks, 6 for longer talks; there is no page limit for summary speakers.
In case of questions, please contact Vera de Sa-Varanda

1) Send the file in pdf format to Vera de Sa-Varanda

2) Submit the electronic file to the ArXiv preprint repositery
     Instructions and help can be found here
     Inform us of the submission number to ArXiv, by sending a mail to Vera de Sa-Varanda
and to Bolek Pietrzyk
     (precise that your proceedings are for the 2009 QCD session)
