Available equipment

  • a beamer (video projector) for computer presentations, hooked to a dedicated laptop (PC windows 7 running MSoffice 2013, Adobe-acroread, OpenOffice, etc...)

  • speakers may use their own laptops (but we clearly disfavour this to avoid dead time between presentations)

  • Terminal room
    • a few self service computers
    • ethernet ports for your laptop
    • no printer  available

  • Free wifi connection available in the terminal room and the bar. The conference room do not have any internet connection.
    • Personnal rooms may have some internet connection provided by the hotel, with limited bandwith and efficiency.

  • ATTENTION: Italian plugs are different from the European standard. You can easily find an adaptor in local stores.
