1) With the conference bus

  • Several Departure from Geneva Airport (Swiss Sector)
    • MEETING POINT in front of the Montreux Jazz Café located on the right of the arrival hall when you exit from custom controls
    • An organizer (with the 'Rencontres de Moriond' Poster) will meet you there 15 minutes before departure.

  • If you are arriving to Geneva by train, buy your ticket to Genève Cornavin (not Cointrin) and then take the railway shuttle to the airport (UNIRESO ticket for 3.50 CHF, choose "billet individuel tout Genève", lots of trains - see timetable)
  • Return
    • Buses will leave La Thuile on Saturday at 12:00 sharp (after lunch)
    • They should reach Geneva Airport or railway station around 15:30, depending on the traffic
    • 3 different buses to Airport / Train station / CERN

2) By Car

  • Address: Loc. Entreves, 158 - 11016 La Thuile – Italy
  • From France : by the A40 highway to St Gervais, then by the E25 to Chamonix, Courmayeur and Pré Saint Didier (DO NOT TAKE MOTORWAY AFTER THE MONT BLANC TUNNEL) and then turn right, direction to La Thuile via Strada Statale Valle d'Aosta (10km). If chains are necessary, the sooner you put them on, the better.
  • Parking is available at the hotel at 10 Euros /day

3) By Train

  • Nearest train station: Pré-Saint Didier (+ local connection by bus)
  • Connections from Milan and Turin via Aosta - 4 to 5 hours / 40 Euros
