La Thuile is a pleasant winter resort located in the Italian Alps, at 1450 m. alt., about 120km away from Geneva. In addition to ski and related activities, Aosta valley provides nice walks as well.
The nearest international airport is Geneva (Switzerland). |

Important notice : hotel reservations are made for the whole session
i.e. - from Saturday to Saturday
(including lunch before the conference bus departure)
the total cost of the meeting
will not be reduced even in case of partial attendance

The bill is to be paid directly to the hotel during the conference

credit cards are accepted
Due to the limited number of single rooms available, when requested
they will be attributed in priority to senior participants.
A waiting list will be created and the remaining ones will be given
the week before the conference by order of registration.
The additional cost for a single room is 175 Euros
tentative costs are as
follows (final prices will be known in november):
- 560 euros per adult
- 420 euros per child (6-8 years old)
- 280 euros per child (3-5 years old)
- Baby bed : 7 Euros / day
To be requested by January 15th,
2012 (only limited places available)
should be made before February 10th, 2013.
After this date, the hotel will charge us for
the entire cost of accommodation and we will have to ask the participants who
cancel their attendance later, to pay for the total accommodation as listed
above.
