Rooms
Single rooms will be attributed in priority to senior participants. Students and Post-docs are attributed shared rooms. You are welcome to let us know with whom you wish to share a room.
Cost Expected prices, to be confirmed
Prices are full board (i.e. including all meals) and per full week (Sunday to Sunday), non reducible
EW + Meso (March 23 to 30) :
1050 euros per person in single occupancy
735 euros per person in shared occupancy
QCD + Gravitation (March 30 to April 6) :
910 euros per person in single occupancy
665 euros per person in shared occupancy
Payment
Unlike previous years, payment is now expected beforehand
A deposit of at least 50% is asked 4 weeks before arrival, but you can pay the full amount already.
February 23 for EW & Meso
March 2 for QCD & Gravitation
The remaining payment is to be done in place.
In due time you will receive a booking form from the Planibel Hotel sent by The Rencontres de Moriond with the amounts and instructions on payment.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, penalties can be applied by the hotel
In case of no show or very late cancellation the deposit is non refundable
Important notice
Hotel reservations are made for the whole session -i.e. , for 7 days (including lunch before the conference bus departure); the total cost of the meeting will not be reduced even in case of partial attendance
Room check out before 10 am
Meals
All meals are included and will be served at this hotel for all participants and accompanying persons
Vegetarian/vegan/no pork options are available at all meals, no prior request needed
Service being organised in a buffet, you can compose your meal according to any dietary restriction

costs are as follows, in shared occupancy :
23 to 30 March:
105 euros per day per adult
52.5 euros per day per child (3 to 12 years old)
30 euros per toddler (less than 3 years old - includes a cot and adapted food)
30 March to 6 April
95 euros per day per adult
47.5 euros per day per child (3 to 12 years old)
30 euros per toddler (less than 3 years old - includes a cot and adapted food)
Parking
Covered parking is available charged 12 €/day

La Thuile is a pleasant winter resort located in the Italian Alps, at 1450 m. alt., about 120 km from Geneva
In addition to ski and related activities, Aosta valley provides nice walks as well
