We provide a limited number of grants to help participants covering living expenses
This support is strictly based on actual need. For instance, we typically expect large collaborations to support their speakers
The resources are used in priority for young scientists, then for scientists from developing countries, but other situations are considered on a case-by-case basis
It is not mandatory to held a presentation in order to benefit from a grant
Fees are not covered by the grant

Grants may cover - fully or partially - living expenses (meals and room). They are paid DIRECTLY to the hotel. No reimbursement of paid expenses will occur.
