REGISTRATION

• We provide a limited number of grants to help participants covering living expenses
• This support is strictly based on actual need. For instance, we typically expect large collaborations to support their speakers
• The resources are used in priority for young scientists, then for scientists from developing countries, but other situations are considered on a case-by-case basis
• It is not mandatory to held a presentation in order to benefit from a grant
• Fees are not covered by the grant
• Deadline for application   

                        January 31^st 2025

• Results on the selection will be communicated one week after the deadline
• Grants may cover - fully or partially - living expenses (meals and room). They are paid DIRECTLY to the hotel. No reimbursement of paid expenses will occur.
