We provide a limited number of grants to help participants covering living expenses
This support is strictly based on actual need. For instance, we typically expect large collaborations to support their speakers
The resources are used in priority for young scientists, then for scientists from developing countries, but other situations are considered on a case-by-case basis
It is not mandatory to hold a presentation in order to benefit from a grant
Fees are not covered by the grant
The deadline for application is
November 24th for Cosmology
January 10th for EW, Meso, QCD & Gravitation
Results on the selection will be communicated before registration deadline
Grants may cover - fully or partially - living expenses (meals and room) on the shared room rate basis. These expenses are paid by the organisation to the hotel. If you request a grant, do not pay the hotel before receiving a result. No reimbursement of paid expenses will occur.
