The conference pick-up bus operates on first and last day of each conference

it is included in the fees for participants and their accompanying persons

On registration you will be asked to choose your pick-up point

places need to be booked in advance, changes may not be guaranteed

Pick up time is PRELIMINARY at this stage

final schedules will be determined upon registration deadline, detailed information will be available here and communicated about a week before departure
