Prices are full board (i.e. including all meals) and per full week, non reducible

Important notice
Hotel reservations are made for the whole session -i.e. , for 7 days (including lunch before the conference bus departure); the total cost of the meeting will not be reduced even in case of partial attendance.
Room check out before 10 am
Cancellation
Should be made as soon as possible but no longer than 2 weeks prior to arrival day.
After this date, the hotel may charge for the entire cost of accommodation as listed above
Hotel Bill
The bill is to be paid directly to the hotel during the conference
Credit cards are accepted
Meals
All meals included and will be served at this hotel for all participants and accompanying persons.
Vegetarian/vegan/no pork options are available at all meals, no prior request needed
Accompanying persons
Participants are welcome to attend with their families
costs are as follows :
-700euros per adult
- 350 euros per child (3-14 years old)
- 126 euros per toddler (under 3 years old) : includes a cot and adapted meals in a dedicated room.
Parking
Covered parking is available charged 12 €/day
