Single occupancy supplement of 175 euros

Important notice 

Hotel reservations are made for the whole session

i.e. - from Saturday to Saturday (including lunch before the conference bus departure); the total cost of the meeting will not be reduced even in case of partial attendance

Room check out before 10 am

Cancellation

Should be made before March 1st

After this date, the hotel will charge us for the entire cost of accommodation and we will have to ask the participants who cancel their attendance later, to pay for the total accommodation as listed above

Hotel Bill

The bill is to be paid directly to the hotel during the conference

Major credit cards are accepted

Meals

The meals are served at this hotel for all participants

Vegetarian/vegan/no pork options are available at all meals, no prior request needed

Single rooms

Due to the limited number of single rooms available, when requested they will be attributed in priority to senior participants

A waiting list will be created and the remaining ones - if any - will be given the week before the conference by order of registration

Accompanying persons

Participants are welcome to participate with their families

costs are as follows :

- 595 euros per adult

- 446 euros per child  (6-8 years)

- 298 euros per child (3-5 years)

- Baby bed : 7 euros/day

To be requested by January 15th (only limited places available)

Parking

Covered parking is available

10 euros/day

La Thuile is a pleasant winter resort located in the Italian Alps, at 1450 m. alt., about 120 km from Geneva

In addition to ski and related activities, Aosta valley provides nice walks as well
