The accommodation is NOT included in the conference registration fees

The payment is to be done in advance by bank wire or credit card (see instructions)

ROOMS

Single rooms will be attributed in priority to senior participants.

Students and Post-docs are attributed shared rooms. You are welcome to let us know with whom you wish to share a room.

COST

EW + VHEPU — 15 to 22 March :

1106 euros per person in single occupancy

784 euros per person in shared occupancy

QCD + Cosmology — 22 to 29 March :

966 euros per person in single occupancy

714 euros per person in shared occupancy

The rate includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as daily entrance to the spa ans swimming pool

PAYMENT

A deposit of at least 50% is asked 4 weeks before arrival, but you can pay the full amount already.

February 15 for EW & VHEPU

February 22 for QCD & Cosmology

The remaining payment is to be done in place.

In due time you will receive a booking form from the Planibel Hotel sent by The Rencontres de Moriond with the amounts and instructions on payment.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, penalties can be applied by the hotel

In case of no show or very late cancellation the deposit is non refundable

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Hotel reservations are made for the whole session -i.e. , for 7 days, including lunch before the conference bus departure

Short stays, if accepted by the organisers committee, will not benefit from the group rate. The public rate will be applied.

Room check out before 10 am

MEALS

All meals are included and will be served at this hotel for all participants and accompanying persons at the first floor

Service being organised in a buffet, you can compose your meal according to any dietary restriction, different options are available at all meals

If you have a rather specific need, do let us know prior to arrival so we can inform the restaurant

If you wish to have lunch on the slope restaurant, ask for a coupon the day before, at dinner

You can also ask for a pack lunch (sandwich, fruit and beverage), ask at dinner or breakfast

Participants are welcome to attend with their families

costs are as follows, in shared occupancy :

112 euros per day per adult

56 euros per day per child (3 to 12 years old)

30 euros per toddler (less than 3 years old - includes a cot and adapted food)

22 to 29 March

102 euros per day per adult

51 euros per day per child (3 to 12 years old)

30 euros per toddler (less than 3 years old - includes a cot and adapted food)

PARKING

Covered parking is available charged 12 €/day
