Please read carefully before applying for a grant
- We provide a limited number of grants to help participants covering living expenses
- This support is strictly based on actual need. For instance, we typically expect large collaborations to support their speakers
- The resources are used in priority for young scientists, then for scientists from developing countries, but other situations are considered on a case-by-case basis
- It is not mandatory to held a presentation in order to benefit from a grant
- Fees are not covered by the grant
- The deadline for application is January 25. Results on the selection will be communicated by February 1st.
- Grants may cover - fully or partially - living expenses (meals and room). These expenses are paid by the organisation to the hotel. If you request a grant, do not pay the hotel before receiving a result. No reimbursement of paid expenses will occur.
