Due to the Moriond format (plenary sessions covering a very wide field) and the limited housing availability, we can accommodate only a finite number of participants. For this reason, your registration might be on hold.

Registration deadline :
Upon application, you will receive an email with instructions. Your final registration will be acknowledged at reception of the registration fees.
Submitting a contribution :
Registering does not imply a contribution. If you are an invited or designated speaker you still need to register.
If you wish to give a talk, you should see the specific conditions of the session you are applying for under “contributions” .
Cancellation:
Cancellation should be notified as soon as possible but no later than 2 weeks before the conference.
Any paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Hotel cancellation is possible under specific condition. See the hotel section for more information.
