REGISTRATION

The conference registration fees cost:

Regular fees: 400 euros - to be paid upon application at reception of the payment link — but no later than the deadline

Late fees: 450 euros - for any application occurring after deadline

Payment Methods

• Credit Card: you will receive the credit card link at registration application
• Bank transfer: bank account details will be sent on request if credit card payment is not possible
• Bon de commande (for French institutions): is accepted to validate the application, ask us for a quote
• Cash:  euros are accepted in exceptional cases only, where no other payment is possible
• In case none of these methods work,  contact us  

Registration fees do not cover the hotel expenses :

Hotel expenses (accommodation and all meals) are paid to the Planibel, you will also receive instructions on how to proceed after your booking is secured by registration.

Cancellation

In case of cancelation the fees will be refunded

You can also choose to keep a credit for a further edition of the Rencontres de Moriond

Grant support & invited speakers

Registration fees are not covered by grants and are not waved for invited speakers
