‍The detailed program of the meeting will be established according to the latest experimental and theoretical results at the time of the meeting.

‍Participants who wish to present new results are requested to send an abstract of their proposed presentation to one member of the program committee  as soon as possible (but before January 11th, 2026 at the latest).

‍

‍If the purple button did not open an emailer with a pre-filled request, send us an email :)

‍Note that the speakers selected by the experimental collaborations which talks have been already allocated by the Program Committee do not need to send abstracts.

‍Due to limitation of time, only a restricted number of talks can be accepted. According to the tradition of the Rencontres de Moriond, a large amount of time will be reserved for both organized and spontaneous discussions. Hence, all participants are expected to play an active role during the entire meeting. Please remember that we make a special effort to bring together theorists and experimenters.

‍THEORETICAL TALKS SHOULD BE PREPARED WITH EXPERIMENTERS IN THE AUDIENCE IN MIND, AND EXPERIMENTAL TALKS SHOULD LIKELY BE AIMED AT THEORISTS.

‍Speakers are kindly asked to write their talks using LARGE fonts. Further information can be obtained from the program committee.

‍PROCEEDINGS are due for early May.

‍Guidelines and Samples

‍Use the following 2 files to prepare the written version of your talk under Latex: moriond.tex (containing the publisher's instruction), and moriond.cls (the style file).

‍They can be downloaded as a tar.gz file. The result can be visualised on moriond.pdf

‍In case you do not use LaTeX, please comply to the general typesetting instructions which can be found here.

‍Please comply with the following

‍Avoid naming ALL collaboration members under “Author”. “On behalf of” should be enough.

‍Yes, there is a 4 cm space before the title. Do not comment it. We will put it back anyway.

‍References are included in the page count.

‍Do not change the bibliography style. We will change it back.

‍Do not alter the CLS file. It will blame you with 7 years of bad luck.

‍Name the latex file yourname.tex and the folder with all files yourname.tar. DO NOT name it Moriond. Nor Contribution, Submission, Proceedings, etc…

‍Send all files (.tex, figures and .pdf) to Vera de Sa-Varanda.
